John Jurkiewicz began his career in July of 1976 as a front line supervisor at Philip Morris USA in Louisville, KY. In his 18 years at Philip Morris he worked in manufacturing, employee engagement and training and development. One of the high lights of his career at Philip Morris was being selected to train vendors so they could receive certification as a preferred vendor.

In July of 1992 John left Philip Morris and began his journey towards creating and managing his own small business as a consultant.

In November of 1992 John began work with Holm Industries, Inc. as employee engagement and training director. After six months he was asked to fill the position of human resource director. He was responsible for the human resources initiative at 5 different locations in the United States. The accomplishment he is proudest of was successfully negotiating a long term labor agreement that ultimately created two hundred plus additional jobs.

In April of 1997 John was selected from over three hundred applicants to be the first director of human resources for World Source Coil Coating in Hancock County, Kentucky. When the company was sold in May of 1999 John decided he was ready to begin his entrepreneurial journey.

John understands that no two businesses, like no two people are alike, and the cookie-cutter approaches to reaching your goals isn’t effective whether it be in your career or your life.

John believes that happiness and wholeness aren’t confined to just one sector of your life.

John uses the tools and techniques that he developed over the course of his own career and life to help his clients develop strategies that are created for their situations, whether they are entrepreneurs, established businesses or individuals looking for life and career fulfillment.

He and his wife Joan have been married for 41 years, live in Owensboro, Kentucky.
